FabricCraft Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 January 2026

This policy explains how FabricCraft ("we", "us") handles information when you use fabriccraft.net and the FabricCraft Minecraft server(s) (together, the "Services").

What we collect

  • Support messages you send us (email address, message content, attachments).
  • Website technical data processed by our providers (currently GitHub Pages and Cloudflare), such as IP address, device/browser information, referrer, and request timestamps (and similar security/operational logs).
  • Minecraft server technical data such as username/UUID, IP address, connection/session timestamps, and other data needed to run and secure the server.
  • In-server content and activity you generate (e.g., chat, private messages if used, commands, moderation reports, and other user content), plus relevant moderation/security events.

If you don't provide the technical data required to run the Services (e.g., IP/UUID), you may not be able to access them.

What we use it for

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • Provide support.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce rules.

Legal bases (UK/EEA where applicable)

  • Legitimate interests (operating, securing, moderating, and supporting the Services).
  • Providing the service / performance of a contract where applicable.
  • Legal obligations where required.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the Services (for example: website hosting, DNS/proxy and security services such as Cloudflare, server hosting/infrastructure providers, and email providers). These providers process information for service operation, security, and support.

We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We don't intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies. Our providers may set strictly necessary cookies for security/operation. If we add non-essential cookies, we'll request consent where required.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses).

Automated moderation/security

We may use automated systems (e.g., anti-spam/anti-abuse) to protect the Services and enforce rules. You can contact us if you believe an action was made in error.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, operations, security, moderation, and legal compliance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction/objection, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

To make a request: [email protected].

UK/EEA users can complain to their data protection authority (UK: ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version and updating the effective date.
